Pheobe Richardson. My Grandmother. Died during WWII in Whitby. Peobe and Albert Richardson had sons—Albert (who lived in Melmerby?) ; Samuel (father of SSR); Arthur (who was captured in Antwerp in 1914 and emigrated to Brisbane, Australia, after spending the War in a POW camp); Gordon (killed in France in 1918) and Frank (lives in Whitby). Daughters—Alice and Gladys—both lived in Whitby. Alice died in 1954.Tom Richardson the youngest son is a sports shot in Bristol.
