Sam: Albert Richardson, my Grandfather, who was Stationmaster in Baldersby in North Yorkshire. He retired to Whitby where he died in 1932 at 30 George Street. Albert Richardson worked for London & North Eastern Railway as Stationmaster but was well into retirement in Whitby by the mid 1920s. (I have put this caption with this photo as Dad wrote the caption for a missing photo. My guess is this is photo he was referring to - JR)
